Cait is a Brooklyn-dwelling 20-something harboring an obsession with clothing that borders on problematic. Mostly for her bank account. When she isn't obsessing, she may be found scribbling thoughts into the Notepad on her iPhone like a complete maniac, looking at art, eating pizza, going to shows, expressing 95% of her emotions solely through Emojis, sleeping disgustingly late, and probably drinking too many whiskey gingers. She pretty much refuses to buy things that aren't on sale, and if you casually mention that you like something she's wearing, she will probably launch into a big diatribe about how great of a deal she got on it. Hopefully some day, if she ever actually breaks into the fashion industry, she will stop doing this.

Tripping In Heels is a blog for girls who are both intimidated by and yet completely drawn into the world of fashion. It's a blog for girls in Zara heels with Prada dreams. It's a blog for free-spirited chicks who don't take life too seriously. If you claim Kate Moss as a major influence on your personal style, buy a lot of your clothes on Ebay, or enjoy reading writing that is sprinkled liberally with the f-word, welcome home. Kick your stilettos off and stay a while.
